tis' mearly a flesh wound

Well I was feeding some pellet food to my fish yesterday and they went for the same one. I think my Royal Gramma clipped my wrasse. The wrasse seems to have a cut on his back by his dorsal fin. He's acting normal like he's perfectly fine. I'm not sure if it's a cut it might not even be from this incident.
Anyways it is mostly jsut on his dorsal fin and a little on his back.
Since he is acting perfectly normal should I just watch it for now and if it seems to worsen treat him?

I don't like feeding the pellets that much since it always scares me that something like that will happen. Since they sink quickly I don't like putting that many in so the fish tend to go for the same piece.
Unlike mysis or something when the shrimp blow around the tank for awhile!
Anyways looking at him it really doesn't seem too bad and mostly all on the fin.
Just want to say that these fish show no aggression towards each other and that it was just an unfortunate collision if the wrasse was indeed bitten
