tiny white shrimp

Can someone tell me what these are ?
Tiny white shrimps attached to the glass, mostly on the back due to cleaning.
They don't move, they look hard, and the fish (watchman, tokyo and banded gobies, blue assessor, convict, midas and bi-color blennies, marine betta, emerald, porcelin, hermits and sally-lightfoot) dont even seem to pick at them.
There are two pepperment, one cleaner and one coral banded shimp also. Thanks in advance.

I think that they are jst tube worms that attach them selves to the glass. Or atleast that is what i am told. I have also been told that they are harmless, but in my tank they are so tightly attached that i need a razor to take them off. so i just leave them on the back piece of glass and they have not cause any probles as far as I can tell... Yet... someone correct me if I am wrong.

are you sure they are shrimp? the only crustaceans i know that do not move are barnacles. could you be a little more descriptive, like why do you think they are shrimp?

The only reason I think they shirmp is that they are shaped like shrimp. They look like small Mysis, but dont appear alive, in this stage anyway. Just like Ghost said, they are firmly attached to the glass and have to be scraped off.
I guess it's time to buy a microscope.

well if they are the same thigs i have (which i am 99.9%sure they are) they are either a tube worm or a barnicle. and i have actually looked at them with a 10x magnifying glas and the look like a small conch shell witha little feather duster sticking out of one end.

Pretty neat
