thumbs up thatpetplace

I returned the injured percula, he developed popeye overnight (sorry I didn't take a pic for the disease post, but my camera stinks, I tried), so I didn't want to take a chance trying to nurse him back myself, especially since I reallly didn't see him eat much. Also lost the gramma I got there too, he was hiding in the rocks and came out to die last night, the wife wouldn't get him out, so I literally took in a head, that was all that the crabs and snails left. They checked my water (perfect)and gave me credit b/c they didn't have any in stock (plus I didn;t have my recipt, I showed them a printout of my bank statement).

They've been really good to me too. I bought 2 fish from them that died within the 5 day guarentee but I couldn't get back to the store for another week so they told me to freeze the fish and bring them in when I could. They still gave me a complete refund of my money. I expected to have to argue with them to get them to give me credit, but it was no problem. I've been really happy with them.

That's great to have an LFS that will work with you and take care of you when things like this happen.

I order from them all the time and have always had good service - I haven't ordered any living things from them, just supplies, but they have been terrific. A good place not only for reefing stuff but dog and kat stuff too.
