shoot the lights themselves are about 1200 dollars according to Hamilton's website,
but trust me when I say the stuff does not even look like it was ever used,
Ill offer low and see if they will do it, If not Ill just skip it

The best way to do it, is to know what new cost is, Go and price things and then look at his set up, A nice oak stand and tank RR is not cheap new, The newer furniture is even nicer then some of the older stuff. then add in the wet dry and the lights, and if you like it, I don't think it's that bad of a deal.
I think it is a pretty good deal,

I bought a 125 RR with stand and sump last June. I got it at cost and it was just over $1000. Then bought a light fixture w/ 3 250w MH and PC Actinics for another $1200.
Don't sound like a bad deal.

hhhahaha now you guys are confusing me, my guts tell me its not a bad deal either, just the lighting itself new would be 1200 with the tank and stand adding up to another 800
She is also giving me a skimmer and wet dry which im sure she factored into the cost but to me since I won't use it I have to take it out of the factor.

If You like it go for it, I sell new tanks and set ups and it's not cheap, To be able to get a nice set up that you like for a fraction of the cost is the way to go, Take the wet dry and sell it, I bet You can get a 100.00 or maybe alittle more for it.
