They're Here!

Here's a pic of my two an hour after introduction into their new home. They are already hunting. I'm really not sure if I got one of each sex.
As the days progress, I'll try to get some more pics.

Fantastic Photo, Bill! That would make a great poster.
I'm glad they arrived safely; hope you got one of each.

Hey Bill-

Are those the OR's? They look a lot darker than I expected. Hopefully they'll color up as they get used to their new home. Very nice pic.

Brook,

Yea, those are OR's. One is definately a mustang, the other I'm not sure. I had picked out a male and female mustang last week, and they were in a tank will all OR hybreds, so it was easy to tell. When I came to pick them up last night, all the bright ones got dark, and to the untrained eye (ours) we thought these were the stangs. I think I got 2 females, one mustang and one hybred. I'll have to wait and see if they lighten up.

The black sand, black background, and bright coral are supposed to make them lighten up.

seahorses worke up to a treat. I also bought a single pep shrimp with them... it apparently was ready to release it's young, which it did this am...so the ponies are having a feast
