I'll excuse myself from this one as I know the answer...

Yeah, that one would be an easy one with a quick google for anyone to grab.

Tachyons are particles whose velocity exceeds the velocity of light. While many believe that the existence of particles with hyperluminal (superluminal) velocities (FTL, or Faster-Than-Light velocities) is precluded by relativity, this is not the case if the particle is created with a velocity already exceeding the velocity of light. What relativity precludes, within the boundaries of our present technologies, is the acceleration of a subluminal particle to hyperluminal velocities. What is also not precluded is the possibility that technology might someday be developed that will permit the relativistic limitations to be overcome, and hyperluminal velocities to be achieved by subluminal objects.
The most well known tachyon model uses an imaginary mass. As interesting as that model is, mathematically speaking, an imaginary mass has no physical meaning. As a result, that model has, as yet, produced no agreement with experiment. That model and its mathematics is discussed extensively in an excellent review by Recami and Mignani in Rivista Del Nuovo Cimento 4, 209,

i put the 1/2" eductor on the thing. HOLY MOLY!! it literally filled the entire bottom chamber up. and foam started nearly at the bottom of the collection reaction chamber tube. using a 1/2" eductor it was moving some serious water in and out of that thing. this what i would love to design the skimmer box around. this is why i am thinking of building a second prototype.
how experimental do you feel? i can toss some dimensions out of what i would try next, but not guaranteeing that they will work first time.

Anything that you have to get me started would be great.
I want to run a sample on a plotter first to see how I like the dimensions. THe joys of having access to a plotter and some thick paper. If I like the way it dry fits into my sump and under my tank, then I will build it.
question do you currently have your setup to run in sump or out of sump?

OK anyone else have any "guesses" to the answer of my question? When I tell you guys what it is you will wonder why you never guessed it.
I thought for sure someone would have gotten it from my first (or second) hint. One more hint... This is the most powerful unyeilding force known to man. It is so powerful that even the smallest amount of it bends space and with large amounts of it time will bend or even break.
Now, if you guys don't get it from that hint you will not get it and there will be no free frags ('cept Butches).

I dunno how this would fit, because I already have a rebuttal to this answer, but your clues make me think of gravity...

Gravity is the answer. Come on with your rebuttal.

more to follow Saturday on the issue with gravity as speed/velocity vs an accelertion constant as a force, etc. vs light as a massless particle where V= C, I gotta go ta bed: two more bad days, then saturday!
