Hey act, in Houston you can get Acrylite FF (the only thing I've used) at ProfessionalPlastics near 288 and the Beltway south or at Regal Plastics off I-10 west of downtown. I'm sure there are other places, but that's where I've shopped.

I'm not certain, but I would assume. I'm not sure the tolerance that they will be able to guarantee, though. Most large volume plastic dealers arent dealing to cut to spec, more so just ripping to size. You're maybe better off being prepared to cut it yourself.

I actually live in League City (south of clear lake), and I head up to Tropical Fish Depot and Megan's Tropical Emporium (at the beltway and 45 south). In your area, City Pets and Village Tropical are the better of the stores. City Pets is at the beltway and westhiemer, and I'm not sure where Village Tropical's new location is; they just redid their store and I hear it's pretty awesome.

Are you familiar with the local club and forum? www.marshreef.com

They are pretty new, I've not seen anything spectacular yet. I don't hit the LFS very often, and when I do I normally call ahead because I'm looking for something specific.

Good luck with the acrylic, I've got some details on my sump build in the thread in my signature and also at marshreef in the dyi forum.
