get a gel type mouse pad and cut it to place under the pump. I have done it several times and it helps. Also check the plumbing to see where it is contacting the stand as this will also transfer vibration.

how are your pumps connected to the return lines/ are you using straight hard PVC pip? If o use a section of vinyl hose to isolate the vibrations

some once said to just run a bead of sillycone around the bottom of the pump like rubber feet.

I use the vinyl hose thing on the return and that helps a lot.

But of course my pump is an old mag 7 that just has a hum to it no matter what i do.

And to add to the sound I just installed two fans in my hood that are mounted right to the backer board in the hood. sound is slightly loader than the pump so cant hear the pump any more but now the fans.

If using hard PVC, make sure that bulkhead in the sump is at the same height as the pump intake. This relieves stress on the pump intake. Make sure the PVC and pump are "sized" correctly to ensure that enough water is being taken in by the pump so there is no cavitation. A piece of sponge, foam rubber, a mouse pad, etc as mentioned above can be used to deaden vibrations also, as well as making sure the pump is not contacting anything else in the stand.
