Since I'm the only one in the club that does TRT, I promised no faces. Sorry Steve, I needed to show them the final product...

umm Dad... thats gross. Is there a reef meeting in August that I can go to? Will they make fun of me if I get the different types of montipora mixed up? Obviously I would never make a mistake that amateur, but something of the like? I can't wait to come home... only 4 more days!! Miss you

Here's the Basic List

Fresh seafood:

percent of the total -20%?

shrimp
oysters - blend well (may have Vibriostatic properties)
various other shellfish (mussels, clams, periwinkles, etc.
Fish roe
squid and smelts

Frozen foods

This makes up perhaps 30% of the mix

Artemia - adult
Artemia nauplii (baby brine shrimp) (enriched, if possible)
Mysid shrimp
Sea urchin roe
Rotifers

Dried Aquarium Foods

this makes up the majority of my mix - probably 20%

Golden Pearls - all sizes available, but a majority of the smallest size
Cyclop-Eeze
VibraGro
marine flake
Nori

Phytoplankton - doesn't need to be alive since the mix is frozen

Supplements

2-5% of mix

Super Selco ( a big squeeze)
Sea Green Vitamin supplements - various brands, powdered, from Whole Foods market
vitachem

and anything else that looked yummy at the LFS!
