Good Friday morning all of TRT - so glad this week is over, going to have to start looking for work again, sheesh. No contract renewal here, budget it gone. Back to the streets and I'm not looking forward to it. Sorry about the VOLS Dick, but that's a very nice picture, the crystals are very clear. Hi Cath! Hi Patrick! I hope everyone has a great weekend. We're hoping for rain here.

Morning all
First full day of my long "weekend" here, got up early and already got a few things done.
Nothing in stone, just doing a here 'n there ,as the mood hits kinda thing.A lil tankwork, a lil garage/workshop cleanup, a lil yardwork, that sorta thing.I'd get too bored/tired if i stayed in one spot too long so i'm mixing things up.
Still got coffee here, come on over n grab a cup!
Hope everyone has a great day!

I wish I had known. We could have planned to go at the same time. I will be 90 mins from the aquarium tomorrow but tomorrow is already booked solid I am going to go while I am there but I think I am going to try to go during the week so that I don't have as much of a crowd to deal with.
Enjoy the aquarium and post LOTS of pics

How soon do I have to book tickets to the aquarium. I'll be down there May 5th and want to stagger around the aquarium following the TRT Quattro de Mayo party.

I can find out for you. I was thinking about coming back through Atlanta on my way home from SC and seeing it again. Maybe we can all go and make it a TRT affair

The website doesn't say anything about days being booked. What it does say is to go ahead and buy them online, print them out at home, and make sure you get admitted. That makes me think the sooner the better.
Are you wanting to go before or after Toms house?

Randy is right about the sooner the better thing. When you purchase your tickets online you are actually booking the time that you are going to be allowed to enter the aquarium. They only let a certain number of people in each hour. Making your reservations well in advance guarantees that you get the time slot you want to start your visit at. It also gives you peace of mind that you will be getting in when you get there and see the crowd.

Sounds good then. We will be leaving Spartanburg early May 5th then booking it down to the aquarium in between continuing education for Cynthia and a PLC class for me. Guess I better book it today.
