Test kit

What's a good starter test kit for my cycle I'm about to do for my live rock. I want to get one of those kits that have everything I need to get started.

Everyone here poopoo's Aquarium Pharmaceutical test kits but I have been using one without any problem. I believe the brand that everyone on here likes is Salifert.

Salifert is the way to go in the long run, but if all you are doing is cycle your rock, aquarium pharmaceuticals will work. However, once those tests say the cycle is over, i would retest with something like Salifert to be sure
