Temp. effects skimmer?
Normally, my tank runs at 78 degrees, but i've noticed when it's a little hotter out and the tank gets up to 80-81, the skimmer (Reef Octopus NW-200) seems to really slow down on skimming. Is this normal or am I just imagining things?
Also, the glass seems to get a dusting of algae on it much quicker if the temp is 80-81 compared to 78. Is that normal as well?

Higher temps will raise metablism, I would expect the skimmer to pull more out with the higher temps, especially bacteria.

Oh, good point Geoff, you may have solved the mystery,.... That is unless he is using a temp compensating Refractometer.

How much does the salinity change? If it's 78 degrees and 1.025, what is it at 80 degrees? Is that really enough to change the skimming that much?
