Yea i am going to look into it. OK so newest thing I was just checking things out i wiggled the probe on the TDS meter and it dropped to 000 or 001 if I kept moving the probe or tapping it it would jump around. I think I have good RO water coming out just a faulty probe. I think you are right with different climate changes.

a good way to check your water coming out is to get a hand held tds meter that way you can keep everything in check.

Here is the newest thing. When the float shuts off it seems that the unit builds pressure and starts leaking out of the shut off valves. The waste line continues to run all day with unit off. would the membrtaines do that or does it sound like the unit is messed up.

sounds like you have a bad shut off valve, the valve should shut the system down.

i would try to tighten the screws if that is were it is leaking and see what happens. the leak is may be why it wont shut down the system

it was not leaking from there but from the other fittings like when the tank is full. The waste line just keeps running then the fittings start dripping like there is back pressure. could that valve gone bad.

even with my system with the booster pump the tank gets full the float shuts off the system starts to build pressure, water passes the shut off valve then shuts the waste water off the booster pump will continue to run for a few seconds then the pressure switch shuts the pump off.
