tanked raised clowns and bta's

Hello every body I am sad to start this therad off with bad note. My gsm clown died last night Saying that I was wondering if anybody could share their experince with tank raised clowns that host with bta's. I would like to get anther clown but I want it to host with my bta since my last one took one look at the bta and then never left it. I just want a healthy tank hardy fish.

The best way to get a clown that is going to host, is getting a clown that you know is hosting in a similar anemone. Keep an eye out at LFS to see if they have some hosting. You can never really tell with clowns, some will host and some won't.

just becasue no one will host with the BTA does nto mean it will be lacking. there are rumors that tank bred will not host but they are just rumors.

I have tank raise clowns and have no problem with getting them to host bta. In fact, it took them less then 30 mins.
