No but i would like to know as well.

This may sound cheesy but what i have done in the past on some fairly complicated irrigation systems i have designed is used twist ties to build a miniature mock system and just twisted in little flecks of styrofoam to represent different parts. If you start with the exact same ties you can get the hang of your twists and get it pretty closely to scale.

Cheesy, but effective.

I'm not sure if there is any specific plumbing software availible. I use Autocad and a few other types of 3D modeling software. A little too overkill for your needs tho. You might be able to find some free 3D modeling software that would get you by.
