Tank bred or Wild Fish?

I notice at the LFS there are tank bred and wild caught fish and the prices vary for essentially the same fish. Is there a difference in health, lifespan, feeding requirements? What differences if any? Thanks.

Tank bred fish are used to aquarium conditions and are generally more hearty. I would go with tank bred whenever possible.

Welcome!! Yes Tank bred are more used to aquarium life. Try not to mix them with wild caught if you can as the wild will carry disease that the tank-bred have never been subjected to.
