Tim,
With the new, cleaner water (more clear) and new bulbs (more intense) there is a risk of cooking the corals. They are not used to the new bulb intensity yet so I will adjust the timers so the bulbs are on less them slowly ramp them up.

With all the work and transfering of the corals and fish, I lost one fish and one coral. The story about the fish is strange. I bought a lawnmower blenny about 6 weeks ago. He disappeared after 1 day. Then last week after the tank was drained for a few hours, I was cleaning out one of the corner overflows. I was scraping 4 years worth of gunk that was built up inside of it and flushing it out with fresh water. I must have sprayed 5 gal or more of fresh water into that overflow from the garden hose when I noticed a little critter moving. Sure enough it was the blenny. I took apart the Durso pipes in the overflow and got him out with a net. He went into the holding tub with the rest of the fish and that is where I saw him last So, I'm not sure but it looks like he is missing.

The coral that looks bad is some sort of Montipora (I think). Some tissue is dying back, probably from something that fell on it in the holding tub. It lost some color in the past month so maybe it was stressed to begin with.

Hi Robert,
I wish I could but with my camera I'd have to stand 15' away to fit the whole thing in and you wouldn't see anything

Why do I have a feeling we should send Jeff out with flares?

Bob, I know what you're going through. I doubt that anyone that's even had to remove a DSB will ever want one again.

Tank looks great! I see you went with that invisible water look too.
