T5 HO growth shots
Here's a couple of growth shots of some SPS in my tank. I've been meaning to post some for a while now, but the computer at home is shot for now.
First is my pink birdnest frag around 3/16/06.
Second pic is today 6/23/06.

Here's todays shot showing the digis and the birdnest frag that has grown a bunch....

My tank is a 55g w/ a 10g fuge and a 5g sump. I use a 4*54w Tek light w/ 2 actinic plus, 1 GE daylight, and 1 11K bulb. Tank has been running for about 4 years w/ tons of changes and upgrades over time. It started as a FO, then FOWLR, then pseudo-reef.....we all know the story here!!
I have a DSB, use a MJ 1200 and a SEIO 620 PH for circulation and a mag 7 for the return. I auto top off w/ Kalk via a 5g bucket drip sytem, and do water changes when I feel like it. I've only used RO/DI for the past two years, what a difference that made!
My inhabitants include (but not limited to) 2 wild caught tomato clowns, one yellow tang, one blue/yellow damsel and one green mandarin(male). I have and assortment of snails, crabs and stars.
I have experienced one "serious" crash caused by a Rio powerhead about 7-8 months ago, and the tank has slowly recovered.
I'm sure I've left out other specs, but those are the basics.
Oh yeah, I try for a sg of 1.025-1.026 at 81*......ammonia is 0, trites are 0 and trates are almost always nearly 0. I do register some phosphates at times, but run phosban and macro in the fuge.
Other questions will gladly be answered.

Sweet, thanks for the specs, one last question,... How far are the lights off the tank?
I have a 50 (same dimention as your 55 but 2 inches shorter) with the 4*55 W Tek retro.
Thanks,
Whiskey

Here's a full shot, but from the side I don't have a computer at home right now, so this is all I've got for now.
Oh and wiskey, I think they are 6 maybe 8 inches at the most off the top of the water. Thanks for the words of encouragement everyone, I'm quite happy w/ the growth lately.
