Survival of the fittest


I was going through my pics and found this. It is wild but horrible. make you realize that we live in a dog eat dog world.... or starfish eat starfish world.

I had a small Panther grouper for a short time. It tried to steal a piece of food from my rock anemone. I ended up peeling him off the anemone. He didnt make it through the night. I tried to save him though, but it was to late

Yeah choclate stars can be ferocious eaters. I had one in my little tank unfortunatly it only lasted a few days. I don't think the lfs acclimated it right cause I know I did. The brittle is alive and well tho but came from a different lfs. They keep high salinity there so my more sensitive or expensive stuff only comes from there.
