Sunday Morning Shhhhh!

Good Morning Everyone !
Coffee will be on a timer today since it's Sunday. There's 2 dozen doughnuts ,danish, lady's fingers, cupcakes, cinnamon buns and sticky buns with and without nuts
OJ,cranrassberry, pineapple and grapefruit juice and 2%

Hope everyone gets to sleep late. I'm up and getting my gear ready for the last day of diving.Yesterday went very well. Dove at 32,43,and 48 ft. Did all kinds of crazy testing. The neatest one was an emergency "out of air" assent from 40ft . You take one breath and go to the top while breathing out. Believe it or not you have plenty of air for the trip up.
Hope everyone has a nice quiet Sunday

Good Sunday Morning, Tom & Everybody!

Scattered frost and fog this morning but a sunny 65 in the afternoon.

Having air for the trip up is a good thing. Glad you had a good dive yesterday and hope you have a great trip today.

VOLS lost a heartbreaker yesterday, almost pulling out a win against #1 Bama, 12-10. A blocked field goal as time expired was the killer but the VOLS played their hearts out.

While at the conference in Murfreesboro, TN, this week I snuck off for a few hours to visit the Stones River Battlefield. Between Dec.31st, 1862, and Jan 2, 1863, over 80,000 Union and Confederate troops converged in the cotton fields and forests near Murfreesboro. At the end of those three days, nearly 24,000 men were killed, wounded, or captured, one of the bloodiest battles of the Civil War, though not as well known as Gettysburg or Shiloh. While the Union forces claimed victory, they actually suffered almost 3,000 more casualties.

"The Chaos Of Battle", display at the visitors center:

Hope your Sunday is peaceful with no chaos. I'm heading to the Smokies in a few for a peaceful communing with nature.

Dick

Good mawnin', Tom, Dick, Chris, George, and all of TRT!

Thanks for the coffee and breakfast, Tom. Mighty nice of you to fix that for us after all that testing and excitement yesterday! I'm glad to hear that you had enough air to reach the surface

Dick - bummer on UT's loss! That really does tear your heart out at the end like that. Thanks for the bit of history and photo of the dramatic display.

Gotta cut this short. I'm so running late for church. Have a solo to sing.

Lots of love and hugs and peace to everyone.

Good Sunday morning TRT, Hope no one failed the one breath test, or truly ever needs it, good to know though. Nice pic Dick, when will we learn there is always a high price for both sides in any war. Sad to here about all those dead. Hope the solo went well Cath, hard to sing like no one is listening when they are. Cool morning here, dogs were frisky on the morning walk. Hope all have a great day.
