Sun coral fading color

I just purchased an orange suncoral about 3 weeks ago. I have been feeding it about 3 to 4 times a week with krill. it was a nice bright orange when purchased. i have it in the middle of my 75 gallon at the bottom of the tank. Water parameters are up to par. Nitrates can get up to 5 on red sea test kit, but not higher.I do weekly 15 gallon water changes. Still eats all the time and yellow tentacles are bright and numerous. Anythoughts would be helpful.
