Sump Lighting

I want to screw the fixture into the tom of the cabinate so I don't have to remove a fixture from the top of the sump tank everytime I want to access the sump. I have about 16 inches to work with. I am planning to keep some live rock, microalgae, and maybe a hermit. The sump it a 20 gallon tall.

How about a 65w, 6500k Lights of Americs FloodLight fixture #9266 from Home Depot, SKU 343-177, for $29. Cant beat that! I use 2 of them.
