Stupid LFS's

Bet you have never seen THAT topic before. There is a place in Riverside by some friends of mine I went to. I dont remember the name but thinking about it just irritates me a bunch and I just wanted to be grumpy about it.

This store told my newbie friends.... as they were running around pricing stuff.... that using live sand is bad, bad, bad. She says they bleach it and that sometimes they dont wash all the bleach out and that its just sand and water and thats it.

DSB is bad too and shoulndt be used because of the dangerous gasses that acumulate and can kill of your fish.

Of course this is the same broad that has about 8 angels stuffed into one of those tanks that run in a series but each compartment are about 1 foot by one foot square. She had so many fish crammed together and BOY was she an arrogant cow. My newbie friends want to take me back when she is there and let me loose on her. LOL. I think they just like to see me lose my cool!

RARRRR!!!!!

Now, now, fishinchick, please remember that we can't all be so lucky as to have access to BB's like this one... Put down the scissors, stop running, and take a deep breath...

-My neighbor still runs his salt tank on an undergravel filter and thinks I'm crazy for wasting my $$ on "live" rock & sand.

-My LFS owner just lost all respect for me when I asked him to save me the bristle worms.

-Friends look at me cross-eyed when I say I have to leave early to "work" on my tanks. After all, to their thinking, how long can it take to drop some flakefood in a tank?

'Tis the price you pay for your hobby sister! Cheers!

Ps- I'd hate to have you on my bad side! RAARRRR!
