One of my Parapercis snyderi (spelling?) (them red& white perches i got a few months ago) bought the farm. apparently he decided he'd had enough of the posh lifestyle in my tank and took a flying leap and landed between the canopy and the lights where he was baked to a crisp within 12 hours.
i do feel bad for it, they are a smart looking species- very observant, but sheesh....
well, at least this gave me opportunity to do some rearranging. i went ahead and took the second perch out of the nano (the one that the deceased used to bully) and put him in the main tank, and i took the puffers from the sump and stuck them in the nano.
so i'll see how this works.
