Strange tang behavior

My scopas tang in my 4o reef has been dashing about and darting about the tank and it twitching his fins constantly. Its like the fish has ocd or terretz because it just seems so nervous. When it darts dervously, it tilts to the side a little. Whats going on? parms are stable - organtic comppunds= 0

Is he eating , More info, Like SG , Temp, do You have hiding places , What you feed , What else in the tank, How long have you had him , all the info the better someone will be able to help

yep hes eating and the sg is 1.025 , blue tang and damsle in the tank, fed nori and brine everyay

How Big he he and also how big is the blue tang and damsel, Is this fish the last one in the tank, also is the other fish picking on him. a 40 gallon tank with two tang and a damsel can be streeing out the fish, and he may be the one stressing

that tank is a bit small for tangs, unless they are very small. it might not be getting enough exercise because the tank is to small.
