Strange ?... Huge basement tank.

I have a strange question... does anyone know about the guy who built a huge tank using most of his basement as the actual tank? He had to dive into the tank to clean it and had a large glass viewing panel between one side of his tank and his family room. I remember viewing his website which documented its construction but now I can't find it. I had also heard that because of massive water damage to his house (via evaporation) he had to scrap the tank.

Does anyone know the website I'm refering to?

The reason why I ask is because I mentioned this to my brother and he thinks I'm crazy... now I can't find this website.

i think it was Mr5000 but it caused his house to rot because of evaporation etc, so it have to be undone.... the websites have been dismantled AFAIK
