stocking suggestions/questions.

hey, all. as you may know, I am going to start a 12G SW nano cube soon, and I have a few questions. I know I want an ocellaris clown and a emerald crab, but what other inverts could I add? i'd like something that eats detritus. do I have room for one more fish, or am I at max with the clown? also, what are your experiences with emerald crabs? are they good or bad? I really love how they look.

Depends really on the export system you have in place and how much rock / items you have in the tank.

Are you going to have any corals or inverts ?

i would add a couple snails to help clean up, a shrimp would fit in nicely too.

the best way to get rid of detritus is you. the siphon is your best friend. if you do not remove the detritus completely, either using the siphon and/or a skimmer than you will quickly fill up your substrate with phosphates which will lead to horrible aglae problems.
