Stocking a 29 Gallon w/ 10 Gal Sump

Here's a list of fish that caught my eye on liveaquaria:

Coral Beauty Anglefish
Bicolor Anglefish
Royal Gramma Basslet
Kaudern's Cardinal
Flashlight Fish
Spotted Mandarin
Green Mandarin (are these the mandarins that need tons of pods & are not good to keep?)

For corals I think I'll probably start with hammer/anchor coral & other LPS & BTA, maybe even add a low-light clam.

System specs:

Lighting is 135 watts PC
29 gallon w/ 10 gallon sump
remora aqua c nano skimmer
2 Rio 600 PH, 1 Seio 620 PH
looking at the mag 5, 7, 9.5, currently using 140 gph canister filter
soon to be installed auto top-off float
RO/DI
ReefKeeper2 w/ pH probe on the way

It probably looks like I'm in a hurry to stock the tank - not really, just trying to get a plan together.

TIA for your thoughts.

how much flow should I look for - is 800 gph via a mag 9.5 too much? It'd turn over the water in my 29 gallon around 27.5 times per hour. I've read that 20 times per hour in a reef tank is good. I have a seio PH on the way too which flows 620 gph - is this just overkill??? I have a custom 1.5 I.D. standpipe, will that be sufficient? Would a mag 7 or mag 5 be a better choice?

I just tested my water for the first time since the tank was modified, the rock has been in it for 3 days now.

Here's the results:

pH: 8.2
Phosphate: 0
Nitrate: 0.75
Nitrite: 0.2
Ammonia: 0.3
Calcium: 640
KH: 160

I don't have a Total Alkalinity test for the aquarium yet so I used a liquid reagent thats used for the pool, it's made by Taylor & it's definitely not for Saltwater so the results may be bunk but here goes:

Total Alkalinity (or calcium carbonate): 190

Temp is around 79-80 degrees.

Salinity is 1.024

How does it look?
