Starting over, suggestions wanted.....

I will be starting fresh with a 20 Long as my 125 will cost too much for upkeep to make into a full blown reef and will become a FOWLR(i's a broke white boy....lol). There will be no fish in this tank, maybe a seahorse..if that sounds acceptable. Recommendations on lighting are wanted, VHO or MH, 175 or 250 if MH, and either 5500, 6500, 10000, 20000 and brand, supplements, skimmer, thinking along the lines of a Prizm (small tank + no inhabitants=better work good), and depth of sand bed since the tank is so shallow. All suggestions are wanted, as my brain hurts really really bad, and can't think of ant good ideas right now...lol Thanks in advance....

Hey Wag;

Have you added up the cost of everything needed to start up the 20 long, and then put inhabitants in it? Light replacement and yada, yada down the road? What are you running on the 125 now for skimmer, lights, etc?
