Starting a local club in SW Florida

Coming back from the Latest Tampa club meeting (150 miles round trip) I decided it's time to form a more local club for SW Florida Marine Aquarists, Southern Sarasota to Port Charlotte. I don't know if there's enough interest to form a strictly reef club, but I think there are also a lot of fish only aquarists that could be interested in meeting others with similar interests.


I envision this being a very casual group, no dues or officers. Just friends with mutual interests getting together to admire each others tanks and share information.
