For $124 if I planned to have the tank a while; I would go with Starfire!

What size tank and how thick is the glass. If the glass is thin, I wouldn't worry about getting starfire. The thicker the glass, the more of a difference the starfire will make.

For that price go for it. With all the expensive things in this hobby $124 is almost nothing and the clarity is much nicer. You just have to be a little more careful as it is a little softer and can scratch easier. Not easily though.
