Spring Forward Sunday
Good Morning TRT!
Happy spring forward Sunday. If you didn't set your clocks forward you are now an hour late. Well in most places I guess. Do we still have any states or parts of states that don't recognize DST?
I'm up on time and getting ready for work. More study for midterms on Tuesday. Unfortunately, we are still sticking to New Year's resolutions at work, so no big fire house breakfast. (And an hour in the workout room later). There is coffee on a timer (still set to the old time) for those who would rather sleep through the time change.
Hope y'all have a great day!
Ray

Morning Ray and everyone else on TRT!
Well I am going to try and do all the runs circled just above the treeline today. This is the second year of skiing and they are all black diamond so this is a pretty big undertaking. I'll bring plenty of ibuprofen.

Good mawnin', Ray, Perry, George, and all of TRT!
Thanks for the coffee, Ray. Sounds like a cut-back on food is order, so I'm putting out a simple breakfast of cinnamon raisin scones and oranges for everyone.
Ray - get that studying done and find you some play time today.
Perry - That's huge undertaking today. You lead such a boring life
George - how did that German dog show training go yesterday?
Hi, Patrick! Hi, HHC!
We've got a beautiful sunrise here today. Lots of love and hugs and peace to everyone.

Good Morning, Ray, Perry, George, Cath, Tom, lagrew, & All!
Somehow, I lost an hour while I slept.
Ray, what's with the 'no firehouse breakfasts'? You guys trying to get healthy or something?
Have fun, Perry, and hope those exciting runs don't involve casts and crutches at the bottom.
George, getting OT for changing the clocks isn't bad duty.
Gorgeous day here too, Cath.
Tom, knocking down buildings sounds like fun!
Lagrew, I still don't understand the need for DST in the Winter. Just wish they'd leave it the same year round.
This might be the Last Man Standing. He has kept his antlers while others have all lost theirs. This was just a couple days ago and while I saw many bucks, he was the only one with antlers.
Have a Splendid Sunday, Everyone!

Sounds like a fun job. Do you operate heavy equipment? You aren't doing implosion are you?
Thanks for the luck. Just keep going one day at a time. This is the last academic semester. Summer is internship, so it will all be on the ambulance.

Bummer, FF museums are usually interesting (at least I think so). At least you can enjoy the aquarium. Hope you brought your camera, I'd hate to have to break out the squirrel!
Don't make me use this!
Y'all have a great Sunday.

Morning all
Midnite #1 is in the bag, 4 more to go.
At least it was a 7 hr shift (was lucky enuf to make up the lost hr on the other end when i worked the 9hr shift )Was debating when to move the clocks ahead in my office during the nite, finally did so around 1-2 am. Was tough deciding when i wanted my "make one hr go away" move .
Rained like crazy all nite and still is coming down so far today. Had a eye opener on what to watch out for on the drive home, when i got on the highway this morning and saw all the fire trucks/rescue units working a accident in the other lane where a SUV was on it's roof and a few other vehicles looked to have related damage when prob the SUV hit standing water and went hydroplaning, prob pinballed off a few barriers and did a flipped turtle imitation. Hopefully no one was seriously hurt. '
Just killin time b4 i head over to my Sis and BIL's for the youngest nephew's birthday partaaay Geez, 7 yrs old already , where'd the time go?
Hope everyone has a great day!
