Spots on the Brown Clown


Can someone please tell me what/why my brown clown goby has these white spots on it?? it didnt have them wheni bought it. sorry for the crappy pic ill try to get better ones.

It is hard to make out in the picture, If You get a better one, We may be able to help, But what I see in this picture don't make me think it is something to worry about, fish get marks on them all the time. But a better picture may will help

Wondering if all fish get spots on their body when stressed or is it just particular fish like the power blue surgeons?
