I picked this guy up on the beach about 5 months ago.

That is a nice sponge. I love sponges. I intend on getting a sponge for my tank. When I find one I like!!!

That's right! You guy's wont believe this! I was looking at my tank last night! with a flash light! and deep under my base rock i found a bunch of that stuff
growing i will try to get some of pic's but it is going to be hard, It's in a very dark spot!

I bought a sponge, it had some white on it, indicative of the fact that it might have hit air. It eventually turned completely white, then black, then it disappeared--just fell apart. I loved that sponge....
