Spaghetti requirements??

I have a spaghetti leather in my stock nanocube 24. The tank has 72 watts of light. I was curious if thats enough light after seeing some websites that say that type of leather requires lots of lighting. It seems to be doing just fine for a few months, its just not growing. I was just wondering if the slow growth was due to insufficient light.
