skim heavy and keep up on water changes if you can't get the body out. How big is the tank and how much would it take to get to it?

I would try to get it out, at 5 yrs I am guessing it's big enough to lead to problems if let to the crabs and rot. Even if the crabs eat it all they will pass most of it back into the tank as solid waste

thanks guys yea it was pretty big from what I can see behind with a light it looks to be basically gone. I did a 25 Gallon water change I just didnt want to disturbe the whole tank if possible. Its a 75 Gallon tank before i did the WC nitrates were at 5. What you think just skim heavy clean filters or should i go in after whats left.
