Unhappy

Hard to get too excited here in Northern Utah. Was -10F this morning at my house (-30 two days ago), and we were nailed with 30 inches of the white stuff last week. Had to shovel my roof. The olympic crowd are smiling though! At this rate the snow won't melt until August. Must admit that not much change dfrom when I moved out from Bend, Oregon. At least I keep the water warm in my tank.....

Hey reefguy! My wife used to live in Odessa, Texas so she has a big grin on her face! She said when she was a kid, they got a dusting of snow in Odessa and they closed the schools! Johnny

We finally got snow! Real snow! I've been moaning all winter long about how we only get ice cubes-never snow, and we finally got about 1/2" here. Yeah Johnny, they had lots of school closings and the roads never even iced up!

Chavez,
Your Mini-Pin does NOT look happy about that cold white stuff under his feet!

Many long years ago, the day I graduated from OTS at Lackland AFB in San Antonio, it snowed several inches! Parade in the snow was not what was planned! The farther North we drove in the ole VW, the more snow we ran into. Austin had probably 4".

Weather this year sure is wacky!

We had some snow too. We are about 20 miles east of Dallas.
