Sleep Disorder?

Hey everyone, i have a heavy bioload and am trying to lighten it. One of the fish, a Foxface, who was supposed to eat the Derbesia hair algae, and isn't, is one of the candidates for the boot to the Lfs. I've noticed him spending quite a good amount of time nestled among some shrooms under a huge colt coral, in the middle of the day (well, artificial day ). Looks quite comfy, and he doesn't look sick, but i was wondering before i kick him out if he is just sleeping during the day and grazing at night? I wasn't aware foxface did this, am i misguided in assuming so? Thanks

My foaxface always got dark after the lights went out, and would settle in somewhere with his spines erected.

my foxface gets dark also. It raises all its spines. It turns from yellow to almost leapord spotted. It usually hides somewhere to do this. One night i came home and it was at the top of the tank in the front looking like that. i thought it was going to die. i quickly scooped it out and gave it a Rid-Ich+ bath for a few minutes. it woke up and was NOT happy at all. :P uh so i have left it alone at night since then. hehe

but in general it did eat a lot of algae when i forst got it now it does nto seem to care as much. it would rather eat brine or try to get at a goldfish feeder.
