Well just to clarify my new tank is gonna be for softies. Maybe some LPS but probably not.
well since these types of corals prefer high nutrients is it possible to overskim the tank moreso than it an
sps tank?
I have a euro reef rated for 135g. The tank will be a 120. I figure once you add rock and sump and plumbing they should balance out somewhat keeping me around 120-130g of water. So basically what I mean is that is it possible for a skimmer to take out too much in a tank that needs high nutrients? I know it's not a huge problem because if it seemed to be happening I could always run the skimmer on a cycle so that it only skims for part of the day.
However I am curious on everyones thoughts!
thanks!
