Well Mrs. Phish packed her tank too full and we came home with a 55g the other day (don't they always overpack?).
We have a ViaAqua all in one deal that despite all of the terrible comments works perfectly finally on the 29g. There is a 4 x 65g PC system coming with moonlights but I am not sure if we need to update the skimmer. The ViaAqua is supposed to go up to 80g or something and has UV and a
mechanical filter pad included.
Her tank so far has had zero ich and is really nice with polished water.
Is this time for a bigger dedicated HOB filter? Also, this would mean dumping our UV. The bioload and all of the stuff will be the same as the 29g with only a bit more LR and arogonite dumped in.
Will this be enough? We are not doing a clam farm or doing hard corals yet...just upgrading a bit until everyone is stable.
