Sick tang??

I just noticed my tang looking like this 2-3 days ago. He's swimming and acting normal. He's even eating good. What is wrong with him? Sorry the pics are not the best! He's fast!

What am I looking at? If the fish is acting and eating well, I wouldnt usually be terribly worried about it.

in the pick its hard to tell by the pick. Can you gie us more info on what is concerning you? I can see his belly is a little bulged but that could be from over eating. George thinks it may have velvet but for us to be sure the more info you can give the better.

his bottom is sticking out. i know this may sound really nasty, but, it's almost looks like he's constipated or something! it's darker in color and hanging below him.
