Sick Maroon!!! White mouth, popeye which has now turned cloudy??

Hey guys,

I have a GSM that I have had for about 5 months now without any problems. In the last week he has gone from out in the open and dominating the tank to hiding in the corner. He has ripped up fins, white all around his mouth, had popeye for a few days, but now one eye is completely cloudy like he has cateracts or something. I have been trying to treat the tank with garlic infused food as well as pima fix for the white around his mouth which I am assuming is a fungal infection of some sorts. He is not getting any better.

Tank Specs

135 established tank (set up for over a year)
All levels check out ok, salinity at 1.023, temp at 78-80, nitrates 0, nitrites 0, ph 8.2, alk within "normal" range, etc.

Inhabitants,

2 percula clowns
1 fox face lo
1 diadem dotteyback
1 bi color blenny
1 possum pygmy wrasse
1 carpenter's wrasse
various lps and some softie corals

No new inhabitants since him and no one else has any symptoms. Ideas???

Do you have or could you set up a QT tank? Then you could try to treat him with some medication. It is good that you are putting garlic in the food. Does he eat the food?
