Sick Fish?

I have a fish that I had for about 3 weeks now that I just noticed that his eyes have like a glaze on them.
I am trying to find what I can do to help him.
I believethe fish to be a Anthias. the fishhas pinkish shade to skin.

I have a saltwater tank...
My water levels are fine and not sure what I did to cause this...

Thanks,
Tony

What specifically are your levels? Tell us about your tank, too.

I have a 55 gallon saltwater tank that has been established now for 3 years.
Water levels
PH 8.4
Ammonia - 0
Nitrite - 0
Nitrate - 20

I have a Tomato Clown fish that i have had now for more then 3 years
I have just purchased a Hippo Tang and a Anthias about 2 weeks ago.

The Anthias seams to have formed a film over his eyes. Is this some sort of fungus?

Thanks for the help
Tony

Something is not right. Do you have a QT set up that you put the anthias in?
