Shroom over population

I am kinda getting concerned about the mushroom population in my tank. They are multiplying like crazy. I tried to give some to my son for his tank, but I can't get them off the live rock. If I cut them, they just grow back.

Any ideas

any chance to break the rock or move the whole rock and replace it with new?

Cut them off then hit that spot wth some Kalk to kill off the nub left over perhaps

Sounds like you have a very healthy tank.

Will your LFS buy the mushroom covered rock? Usually my LFS sells LR covered w/ shrooms for around $30-35 per rock (~1 lb each). At the very least, they should trade you for some new LR.
