I have a purple sea cucumber that I bought at a dealer's shop, but came from someone else's tank. I have had it since December. Two nights ago, I wathced it shed it's skin. I have never read about this..... Has anyone seen this before?

I took a picture with a camer.... but don't know how to attach.... hubby says it must be on the web.

Limited exp with cukes, but if you save the pic to hard drive and remember what you call it you can attach it to a post
If you hit reply, at the bottom of the list before hitting submit there is an atachment option, click that then type ifn the file name

My black cuc shed a couple days ago. It was really neat. First it turned greyish all over, then it became over grown with hair algae (Yeah, I'm battling the green) and, I thought it was a gonner! Then one day, I saw it pulling out of its old algae covered skin! Its a nice solid black again.
