Shark week, my patoot!
We're in the middle of mini-season, our equivalent of hell on earth.
Jerel
Ps, we're the early risers around here. LOL

Early risers, thats one way of putting it. I think I got about 4 hours of sleep
I just found something very cool, check out this live aquarium camera. I have a very good connection to it right now and it's like watching television. I just saw a huge French Angel swim right accross the screen, very interesting!

Hi Drew: I tried to use the video cam but a window would flash on and say there might be another application using it. So I will try later. Johnny

Hey Drew, I don't think you appreciate the gut reaction people have to these things...It's all psychological. You yell 'Barracuda,' everybody says 'Huh? What?' You yell 'Shark,' we've got a panic on our hands on the fourth of July.
Try to be a little more discreet next time.

Jerel what is "mini-season?"[/QB]
|
An excuse for every "yeh haw" on the planet to come down here. Drink themselves silly 24/7 and generally take over everything. We hide.
It's the 4 day non-commercial opening of the lobster season. The commercial season opens in a few more days.

I don't have cable anymore. The kids were spending too much time in front of a screen "But Mommy, you sit there..." "Because I'm your Mother, that's why!" (I hate the fact that I resort to saying that ) The Discovery Channel is one we miss very much though. Vive la shark week!
Jerel what is "mini-season?"

DRew I may may be almost senile but I can set the clock and timer on the VCR. Then again my sat TV only gets 155 channels of lifetime, LMN, all the oprah channels, hmmmm thats why I am on here all the time

Ain't technology great?? Hang a Satellite dish that can get 155 channels on the roof so you can watch the 5 or 6 you really like!!
Doug, I'm impressed!! A grown-up that can tune a VCR....rare, indeed!!

Doug, I even bought a VCR that was supposed to be easy and I still can't set the timer right. I gave up!
Dick, we stick to the weather channel.
