Sexing/Pairing Shrimp

Gday!

Anyone know if there is anyway to sex or pair up Coral Banded Shrimp?
Brought one for the tank at work, and i think he/she may be a little lonely. Prolly not, but id love to get another to keep it company.
Is there any particular way to pair them up, or are they fairly sociable to begin with?
I dont want to add another, and have them fight and damage/hurt each other...

TIA

females will have bright blue, for lack of a better word, balls inside them, just behind the last pair of legs, those are her ovaries (they are inside, bodies are translucent), once you find a female, get a male that is smaller (significantly) and you should be ok, I have 2 in my 10 gallon, their neat, they hang upside down in caves

hope this helps
