Setting up a Calcium Reator

Hey Guys and Gals...

I Don't know if I really need a calcium reator. I am so CONFUSED on how to set one up and how to make ajustmets. Is there anyone who knows how or can lead me to a site or thread that shows you how to Set one up from start to finish. Like the water in the chamber? Fresh or salt. I am so confused, Thanks in advance for your support!
