semi hawaiian biotope tank

I have been looking up info on what i can use to start my hawaiian biotope tank that i have wanted for some time, i`m still allowing my tank to cycle since i had thrown a clown in there and he had a nice case of ick. So i have about another 2 or 3 months to figure it all out. Anyone know any webpages with info, critters, fish, inverts and corals, however i have found out its illegal to sell corals and live rock from the islands. All i know that is in the waters there are Cotton Candy coral, Cauliflower Pocillopora and Porites species are also found. Some wrasses, one i'm looking for is the 5 line wrasse, would anyone know if these are even sold? I have not seen any of these at online stores or anywhere for that matter. I know a couple of crabs and stuff also. I`m mainly looking for the type of corals and such other stuff i would be able to use. Since it is illegal to sell corals from hawaii would this Hawaiian Biotope Reef Tank even be very possibly ? Any help at all would be so appreciated. Webpages, advice, info, anything you guys/girls have. Thanks.

P.S. Sorry if this is in the wrong thread you may move it, i wasnt sure.

and if its a hawaiin tank you just have to have a bassalt (fancy name for lava rock) substrate

black or green

and if its not a reef a humu humu will really say HAWAIIN

how about some Hawiian Flame Wrasses? A pair or group would be a great addition to any reef tank. The themarinecenter specialises in rare fish and offer fish from all over including Hawiian.
