Seio Controller


I have been reading up on this controller, and everywhere i see it says to mount above the water line.... Does anyone know why this controller hase to be mounted above the tank?

So drips of water don't run down your powerhead cords and into the controller shorting it out.

BTW, they were showing one at the oceano confrence I went to, and they didn't have it above the water line, but it's like a disclamer for the MFG.

I fully plan to buy Tunze, or find some other sulution,.. even though I already have Seio's, that controller is not what we have been waiting all this time for.

The controler ramps both pumps up and down together, it does not alternate.

its working great for me. I have a nice wave pattern. I do want 3 tunze on a controller but right now I need to buy other items for the tank

It does seem to show nice flow... but it seems to me like it is all a constant flow pattern. not too much like a wave action of back n forth. What size Seios you running?

1500's you can see the PE moving left/right up and down...not all too constant
